Solutions Architect
Full Time | Remote
The Stack Solution Architect brings product, solution, and technical leadership to your Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tooling engagement. Our experts facilitates conversations with your business and technical teams to establish a foundation of your current business process, identify process re-engineering opportunities, and define a future-state recommendation in alignment to these discussions. The Solution Architect provides overall thought leadership and best practice solutions to optimize your implementation and organizational adoption.
- Drive ALM tool solution design, architecture, and implementation with Cprimes leading clients
- Be the expert on all ALM Tool usage, best practices, and implementation
- Ensuring our customers are consistently delighted with the delivery experience
- Assist with delivery management processes and enforcement
- Coach and mentor the project team to ensure consistent performance and customer success
- Provide project status, progress, and potential delay information to EMs and team members
- Be a trusted support and escalation point for all EMs, team members, and customers on service-related issues
- Assist in pre-sales scoping & project estimation efforts
- Provide scheduled and ad-hoc demos of ALM Tools
- Provide scheduled and ad-hoc training of ALM Tools
- Lead and support all project and internal communications
- Manage multiple client deliverables and expectations in alignment with the Statement of Work and client needs
- Assist with management of partners and product feedback
- Manage direct reports (if applicable) through weekly 1-1’s
- Review and approve timesheets for projects and direct reports
- Review and approve expenses for projects and direct reports
- Assist with monthly regional forecasting
- Bachelor’s degree in business and/or engineering
- Project Management, Scaled Agile/Agile, Delivery, or Service Management experience and certification
- 5-8 years of project management, agile, or development experience
- Conceptual and practical understanding of Agile, Service Management, and Development Frameworks
- Strong background with Atlassian suite and 3rd party add-ons
- Technical understanding of common networking terms and tools
- Previous experience working in a fast paced, agile, and customer facing environment
- Experience in consulting and solution based professional services
- Proven ability to lead a group of highly intelligent, technology consulting professionals
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
- Responsive internal and external requests
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables at any given time through effective time-management and planning
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones

Atlassian Consultant
Full Time | Remote
The Stack Consultant provides specific delivery skills in your specific area of implementation needs. The Consultant is your focused delivery resource to implement high quality solutions in an iterative manner. This person works closely with the Solution Architect to align on solution planning and delivery.
- Install, configure, maintain, administer, and enhance JIRA Core, JIRA Software, Confluence, JIRA Service Desk, and key 3rd party add-ons
- Help guide and maintain the organization of data in JIRA and Confluence
- Work with customers to enable custom workflows, fields, screens, dashboards, and reports
- Create and manage complex components including project workflows, screen schemes, permission scheme, and notification schemes
- Experience installing and configuring add-ons for Atlassian Products to provide enhanced capabilities
- Provide support as required to client administrators and users to ensure the success of implemented solution
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience with configuration and administration of Atlassian Products such as JIRA Core, JIRA Software, Confluence, and key 3rd party add-ons
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables at any given time through effective time-management and planning

Atlassian Practice Lead

The Atlassian Practice Lead provides delivery support, organizational best practices, and oversight for the Atlassian practice.
- Lead overall professional services strategy, service revenue growth, quality, and enablement
- Hire and develop team of A+ players
- Nurture, develop, mentor, and coach the teams, ensuring they are optimizing their talent
- Performance management for team members in the business unit
- Provide day-to-day leadership to the Professional Services organization
- Responsible for all Atlassian Tools delivery quality
- Support sales activities with pre-sales consulting, scoping, solution design and discovery sessions
- Be a trusted escalation point for the all internal teams and customers on service-related issues
- Provide thought leadership including webinars, speaking engagements, whitepapers, and blogs posts
- Develop and maintain Atlassian solutions and services
- Enable sales to sell all solutions
- Enable delivery to deliver all solutions
- Leverage and update delivery processes to support all aspects of the Atlassian Tools practice
- 10-15+ years of Professional Services Management experience
- 5-10+ years of Atlassian software planning, design, and implementation
- 5-10+ years of managerial experience (hiring, leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring resources)
- Deep understanding of business and technology processes as well as software integration and implementation
- Metric-driven management experience and style
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills, process-oriented, drive to constantly improve quality, self-motivated
- Experience in process documentation, training and change management
- Conceptual and practical understanding of Agile, Scaled Agile, SDLC, and Service Management Frameworks
- Ability to manage change through effective time-management and planning
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones
