Stack Intelligence is proud to announce that it has been awarded a significant contract with the Library of Congress (LoC) to enhance its ServiceNow environment. This project, part of the LoC’s IT Planning Automation initiative, focuses on optimizing the Technical Reference Model (TRM) and Demand Management modules to streamline IT governance and decision-making processes.
The project includes enhancements to improve the management of IT assets, streamline workflows, and ensure the LoC is equipped with up-to-date technology for efficient operations.
Key Project Highlights:
- TRM Enhancements: Our team will optimize the TRM module to categorize and normalize IT asset data, ensuring accurate tracking of vendor product details and enhancing IT governance capabilities.
- Demand Management: Stack Intelligence will address backlog items and improve the user experience within the Demand module, ensuring effective demand lifecycle management.
- Seamless Integration: We will integrate the TRM and Demand modules with existing ServiceNow ITSM systems, ensuring a unified platform for the Library’s IT operations.
- Collaborative Expertise: Stack Intelligence’s deep experience in public sector ServiceNow implementations ensures a tailored and cutting-edge solution for the LoC.
