Our approach
Stack Intelligence aims to make the digital experiences we design and maintain usable by people with disabilities. For public-sector work, accessibility requirements can be incorporated into discovery, design, development, content, testing, acceptance criteria, documentation, and remediation planning.
Standards
When an engagement requires it, we design and test against applicable Section 508 requirements and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Conformance depends on the agreed scope, content, integrations, third-party components, testing method, documented exceptions, and resolution of identified issues.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. We review reported barriers, prioritize fixes according to impact and scope, and work with clients to account for accessibility throughout the delivery lifecycle.
