The Business
Scaling partner programs meant scaling the operations behind them.
3Eye is scaling its partner ecosystem and marketing programs to support continued growth.
As partner volume increased, vendor onboarding, approvals, document management, and MDP/MDF tracking were largely manual and distributed across NetSuite, static documents, and informal workflows.
This created operational friction, limited visibility, and placed unnecessary strain on internal teams.

The Problem
Partner operations were spread across systems, documents, and manual workflows.
Manual onboarding
Vendor qualification, approval, activation, and onboarding were largely manual.
Static documentation
Vendor data capture relied on static PDF-based processes.
Limited visibility
Partner and vendor status, contracts, and MDP/MDF utilization had limited visibility.
Scaling friction
Increasing partner volume created operational friction and additional strain on internal teams.
Discovery
The first step was defining how the pieces should work together.
Stack reviewed 3Eye’s current-state workflows across NetSuite and other systems, validated relationships across Accounts, Vendors, Contracts, and MDFs, and defined responsibilities across Salesforce, PEM, and the eSignature solution. The goal was to establish clear scope and a configuration strategy before the build.
The Stack Approach
MVP first. Built for what comes next.
Understand
Review current workflows, data, and system responsibilities.
Architect
Align Salesforce PEM and CRM with 3Eye’s vendor approval, activation, onboarding, and GTM processes.
Build
Configure Salesforce PEM as the system of record for vendor lifecycle and partner program operations.
Connect
Use AdobeSign for file-based eSignature processes.
Validate
Conduct testing, UAT, feedback resolution, and end-user training.
Launch
Deploy the approved Salesforce configuration and validate core workflows through go-live.
Stack Blueprint
A centralized operating model for the complete partner lifecycle.

Outcome
Inside The Build
Structured partner operations, visibility, and control in Salesforce.
Vendor Lifecycle Management
A standardized lifecycle across: Intake / Qualification → Internal Review → Approved → Active → Onboarding. Dynamic Forms replace static PDF-based processes and support required vendor information and documentation.
Partner & Vendor Visibility
Salesforce centralizes partner and vendor records, lifecycle status, eligibility, participation, and related documentation.
MDP / MDF Management
Salesforce supports MDP commitments, budget allocation, and high-level MDP/MDF utilization visibility.
Partner Visibility
Vendors can view status, agreements, documentation, approved MDP plans, and utilization through the partner-facing portal experience.
Reporting & Dashboards
Standard Salesforce reporting provides visibility across vendor approvals, onboarding, MDP progress, contracts, and orders.
Before / After
From manual, distributed workflows to centralized lifecycle management.
Before
Manual vendor processes
Onboarding, approvals, documents, and MDP/MDF tracking were largely manual.
Static documents
Vendor data relied on static PDF-based processes.
Limited visibility
Partner/vendor status, contracts, and MDP/MDF utilization were difficult to track centrally.
Distributed systems
Processes were spread across NetSuite, static documents, and informal workflows.
After
Centralized lifecycle management
Salesforce manages vendor intake, qualification, approval, activation, and onboarding.
Structured data capture
Dynamic Forms replace static PDF-based processes.
Centralized visibility
Partner/vendor status, documentation, participation, and MDP/MDF information are managed in Salesforce.
Improved partner transparency
Vendors can access status, documents, approved MDP plans, and utilization.
Clear system boundaries
Salesforce manages operational processes while NetSuite remains the financial system of record.
