Stack Intelligence is proud to announce a multi-year partnership with the Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS) to implement a next-generation collateral management platform. This initiative will replace DFS’s legacy iCAP/eCAP system, introducing modern automation, real-time reporting, and secure data integration to streamline financial oversight.
Under this contract, Stack Intelligence will leverage Salesforce to provide Florida DFS with a scalable and user-friendly solution for monthly reporting, trust business oversight, QPD management, and more. The implementation will ensure long-term efficiency and regulatory compliance across DFS operations.
Key project highlights include:
- Automated Workflows & Notifications: Financial institutions can securely submit monthly reports and compliance documents directly through an online portal.
- Enhanced System Integration: A daily data feed from custodians (including Clearwater) ensures real-time synchronization of critical collateral records.
- Improved User Experience: DFS staff and external stakeholders (e.g., QPDs, trust businesses) will benefit from an intuitive interface, reducing manual tasks and paper-based processes.
